Begin your journey in Lisbon, going directly to Obidos, where you can wander its charming cobbled streets and historic castle. The Fortified town of Obidos, provides a medieval feeling, a town sorrounded by defensive walls and with beautiful white houses painted with blue and yellow details. In Coimbra, after crossing the Mondego river, Coimbra lays in the soft slope, having on the top the famous XII Century University, with its Joanine Barroque Library. In the friendly and historical town center and interesting townhas the church of Saint Cruz where the first King of Portugal, Dom Afonso Henriques Tomb is located.
