We will visit several national monuments, but in order to be able to do the complete Tour there is only time for you to visit 2 of them on the inside. After pickup from your Lisbon accommodation, begin your tour at the beautiful Queluz National Palace, used as the official residence of the royal family during the 18th century. Continue to Sintra Palace and the village where you can visit Casa Piriquita to try the traditional Travesseiro of Sintra, a delicious sweet which is impossible to resist. Next, its off to some of the most iconic monuments in Portugal, like the Castle of the Moors, Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira and Monserrate Palace. There will be time to go inside only 2 of these sites, please purchase your entrance tickets a few days before your tour (additional cost). I will send you a Whatsapp message or email (following your booking is confirmed) with all the information needed to help you in this process. Leaving Sintra behind, we will be heading to the westernmost point of Continental Europe – Cabo Da Roca and admire panoramic views over the Serra de Sintra and the coast before continuing your tour along the coast to Guincho Beach, considered to be the pearl of wind sports. Boca do Inferno (Hells Mouth) is your next stop before continuing to Cascais and Estoril for your final stops before heading back to Lisbon. These towns became some of the most cosmopolitan and visited places in Portugal when King D. Luís I chose the bay for his summer residence, at the end of the 19th century.
